We contact the most potential of these individuals to determine their interest and availability. With those who are open to a career move, we determine their motivations, level of interest in the opportunity, skill sets, professional background, personality traits and compensation requirements. To ensure high success rate for potential candidates we provide a pre-approved opportunity overview.


After internal discussion and agreement, we email profiles of those professionals who are most highly qualified for and interested in the opportunity. After clients select the professionals they wish to meet, we contact all involved parties to schedule interviews.
