These are senior level positions with complete end to end responsibility for managing key accounts with annual revenues that can range from 25M to over 100M. Client partners are viewed as trusted advisors by our clients and can provide thought leadership and innovative thinking resulting in high value solutions for them, adding new technology Mobility Cloud Digital IOT  or Robotic to the engagements.  It is a demanding role requiring big picture thinking and the ability to manage complex environments. The client partner must be able to build deep and lasting CXO relationships and manage large teams comprising of solutions, delivery, and sales personnel. He/she should have a deep appreciation of IT tools, processes, techniques, and solutions.  The client partner will be responsible for revenue growth as well as the entire P&L of the engagement.  All our personnel working in delivery, sales, or other positions with the client will have a reporting structure to the client partner.  He/she will maintain a management dashboard that will monitor the health of the relationship and take proactive actions as required and also deal with and resolve any unexpected emergencies.   The client partner will be responsible for overall work quality and client satisfaction.



  • 10- 20 (the number will vary based on the account P&L size) years of progressive responsible experience in managing large IT delivery teams with P&L responsibility some of which can be in a senior level consulting position
  • 3-5 years of account management in a sales large account management capacity will be a plus
  • Demonstrated track record of building CXO level relationships, guiding, mentoring, and managing large teams, and achieving revenue/profit targets
  • Process and methodology oriented with a structured approach and a strong analytical background
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and focus on work quality
  • Engineering or Sciences Bacherlors
  • MBA or Master’s Degree

Alliance Manager :  Technologies and Domain

Roles and Responsibilities

As partnership and alliance manager you will build strategic partnership with product/platform vendors e.g. Public Cloud, IoT, Digital Transformation, etc . You will also play key role in pre/post-partner tailored pitches. Negotiate agreements for Company Interactive and their partners to create success in programs.

You will be working on

Alliance and partnership strategy development for product/platforms/service providers

Manage long term relationship for getting latest development and training.

Create avenues to showcase strong partnership of platforms in summits.

Proactively work with partners in co-development model for potential industry solutions

In addition to above, you will also have responsibility of

Consultative sales or business development

Client service & Project management

Collaboratively work with vertical sales and technical team in getting best to clients

You are a Person of (required Skills)

10+ years of relevant experience in building strategic partnership in interactive and marketing technologies.

Experience negotiating, influencing, identifying, and managing complex partnerships; considering all avenues - business structures /acquisitions (joint-venture, co-development,) while staying ahead of the highly competitive technology product market

Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and collaborate with various organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities

Strong business and financial acumen

Fantastic listener, an excellent communicator capable of presenting proposition in public forums.

Business Development : Sales Director

Position Summary


You will be selling technology and consulting services offered by IT Services to new accounts throughout the Region by identifying key business issues, drafting/presenting quotes and proposals to potential clients. A willingness to participate with associations, trade shows, seminars and other professional gatherings to develop relationships and sales opportunities is vital to your success. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with customer service skills are required and a *hunter mentality* and desire to overachieve.



Main Responsibilities



  • He/She who can sell complex software and  IT services to different client across domains/verticals.
  • Open New accounts and take primary responsibility in select territory/domain for building a pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across the various service lines.
  • Should be able to carry a sales target / Quota and be individual contributors towards achieving it.
  • Someone who can hit the ground running and sell directly
  • Already has a proven/trusted network of relationships and rolodex



Skills and Required Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of selling digital transformation services.
  • Former experience in Global Delivery and offshore development model environment will be preferred.
  • Must possess excellent oral, written, product presentation and communication skills.
  • Must possess latest technology and solution offering
  • Outstanding skills in generating well-qualified leads.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills.
  • Must be a disciplined `self-starter` and operate without daily supervision.
  • College degree required.
  •  Experience with either 1 or 2 industry vertical in Banking mortgage, financial services, insurance and Manufacturing Retail CPG , or Healthcare  Media Entertainment Travel Transportation and Hospitality  preferred.
  • Must have documented quarterly quota attainment and sales performance for at least last 3 years.
